Steak Fajitas
Ingredients (4 servings / ~8 fajitas)
Steak + marinade

1.5 lb Chop House Flank Steak or Skirt Steak
Chop House sauce packet
Veggies
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt + pepper
Steps
- Prep veggies
Slice peppers and onion into thin strips. - Cook the veggies
Heat a large skillet (cast iron is great) over medium-high. Add oil, then peppers + onion. Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened with a little char. Season with salt/pepper. Remove to a plate. - Reheat steak
Turn heat to high. Reheat steak 2–3 minutes per side. - Slice
Slice thinly against the grain. - Combine + serve
Toss sliced steak with the cooked peppers/onions and sauce from packet. Warm tortillas and build fajitas.
