Teriyaki Skirt Steak Tacos

Ingredients (8 tacos/4 servings)

Steak + marinade

  • 1.5 lb Chop House Skirt Steak

  • Chop House Teriyaki sauce packet

Tacos

  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (or bagged slaw mix)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2–3 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp olive oil (or mayo for a creamier slaw)

  • Salt + pepper

  • Optional toppings: sliced green onion, sesame seeds, sriracha or spicy mayo, diced cucumber, avocado

Steps

  1. Make the slaw
    Toss cabbage with cilantro, lime juice, olive oil (or a little mayo), salt, and pepper. Chill until serving.

  2. Heat the steak
    Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet to medium heat. Reheat steak 2–3 min per side.

  3. Slice
    Slice thinly against the grain and top with sauce packet.

  4. Warm tortillas + assemble
    Warm tortillas in a dry pan. Add slaw, sliced steak, and your favorite toppings.
